This is the official NeurIPS Paris 2026 registration page, we do not work with any booking agencies.
Registration is managed by Dakini PCO.
REGISTRATION FOR PRESENTING AUTHORS
Main conference – December 9–11: Registration for presenting authors has now opened. Please check the email inbox associated with your neurips.cc account. You should have received an invitation to register.
Only one registration spot per accepted paper is guaranteed and reserved for the designated author to present the work in Paris. Your seat is reserved until October 30th, after that deadline your seat will no longer be reserved, and you are unlikely to be able to register.
For now, main conference presenting authors can register only for the main conference. During the registration process, they will be asked whether they would like to attend the workshops and whether they are presenting a paper at a workshop. We will process registrations for presenting authors of workshop papers the week of October 12th (see below). Other main conference authors wishing to access the workshops will be added to the waiting list and contacted on a rolling basis.
The main conference presenting author is the author designated in the site preference form filled by authors in September. Please note that due to the massive scale and operational complexity of NeurIPS, no changes to the presenting author is permitted. If no presenting author has been designated on the form, one author per paper can self-nominate as a presenting author when registering.
Registrations in Paris for main conference authors is reserved to papers which have been assigned to Paris. Check your MyStuff page on neurips.cc for the location and poster sessions assignments.
Affinity groups – December 9–11: Registration will be available between October 12 and 15. The exact date will be confirmed on this page.
Workshops and Competitions – December 12–13: Registration will be available between October 12 and 15. The exact date will be confirmed on this page.
